On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a notification from my XXXX credit monitoring service, that NATIONWIDE RECOVERY SYS reported a new collection account to my credit report ; Date Opened XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX for the amount of {$120.00} ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX ) I have not been provided validation or notification of this debt. I have no knowledge of this account. I have never done Buissness with XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, which when I XXXX turned out to be closed since XX/XX/XXXX, also this specific hospital is owned by XXXX XXXX Which had multiple charges of fraud toward investors and patients ; I have never done business with nor received any communication or written notices from Nationwide Recovery Systems. This is a violation of my rights under Section 809 ( a ) for failure to provide written notice within 5 days to a consumer regarding collection of an alleged debt. I respectfully request the closure and prompt removal of this account from any and all consumer credit reporting agencies. XXXX has removed the account but XXXX refused to do the same. I have contacted the Nationwide recovery system by phone and email and requested a verification of the debt but they have failed to provide it to me.
