Apartment complex was listed XX/XX/2022 on my credit report for a little over XXXX XXXX dollars. I spoke with the complex manager she said she could not provide me with information & that she became manager a a little over a month ago & that she couldnt give any info. On my credit report the leased was from XX/XX/2022 til XX/XX/2022. Same day I received a call bk from the property manager before the one I spoke to, she said the tenant who lived there was evicted i ask her did she meet with the tenant at any point to describe the tenant or any supporting evidence or copies ect. Wit whom she signed the lease agreement wit? She responded with had no identification, social, check stubs, that was given to her & that everything was done online. The person also connected utilities over the phone & sent a connection verification letter through email.
