XXXX has violated my right to privacy and was never given consent to furnish or create a report using my nonpublic personal information. Because of the relationship that XXXX has with financial institutions, they fall under having to abide by the codes that congress has set for financial institutions as well, title XXXX chapter XXXX. Pursuant to 15 USC 6827 ( 4 ) ( A ), The term financial institution means any institution engaged in the business of providing financial services to customers who maintain a credit, deposit, trust, or other financial account or relationship with the institution, XXXX is operating as a financial institution based off of the relationship that they have with financial institutions. XXXX has failed at assuming the grave responsibilities of fairness, impartiality and respect for the consumers right to privacy, pursuant 15 USC 1681, congressional findings. XXXX did not have permissible purpose, 15 USC 1681B, to furnish or create a report using my nonpublic personal information, 15 USC 6821.
