Consumer Narrative
I called first digital on XX/XX/2022 to close my acct. she said she would. The next day I spoke to supervisor named XXXX who assured me the acct would be closed and it takes 3-5 days. I called back on XX/XX/2022 because when I went online it showed a balance due ( which was the annual fee the reason I was closing the acct ). Supervisor XXXX said my balance was XXXX but the acct was still open. She said she was going to close the acct but couldnt explain why when I looked at my acct online it showed a balance due. I just want to close this account because I no longer want to pay an annual fee.
