Transunion has openly and continuously discriminated against me as a consumer which is causing extreme harm to me. Pursuant to 15 U.S Code 1681 ( B ) ( 2 ) Permissible Purpose. ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. - which is me as its my report- I have not granted nor given written consent for Transunion to furnish my Consumer report. Neither did I grant permissible consent for them to disclose my personal information. 15 U.S. Code 1681a - rules of construction ii ) communication of that information among persons related by common ownership or affiliated by corporate control or ( iii ) communication of other information among persons related by common ownership or affiliated by corporate control, if it is clearly and conspicuously disclosed to the consumer that the information may be communicated among such persons and the consumer is given the opportunity, before the time that the information is initially communicated, to direct that such information not be communicated among such persons. Transunion has a grave responsibility with fairness impartially and respect for the consumers right to privacy. My right to privacy was violated without my knowledge and consent
