I canceled XXXX I had paid up to the to the last day and then returned all the equipment additionally I provided receipts showing that the equipment was received yet XXXX insists on taking for me an extra {$350.00} above and beyond the outrageous hordes of money we paid for them every single month. This is a billing error, and they do not do anything to satisfy this oversight. I have all of my receipts including the receipts for the returned equipment I paid in a timely manner and they are ruining my credit and causing me to get much higher interest rates and I refuse to pay them {$350.00} extra for something I never used. They feel they have a monopoly and they can do whatever they want with their clients it is they Husserl me {$350.00} for the amount of years that I had their service and the Internet never worked. But I did pay every month on time outrageously inflated charges which is a common practice for them when they have a customer for many years they keep raising the rate so I drop them and they invented the {$350.00} charge this should be illegal and I need your help thank you so much all the best XXXX XXXX
