Consumer Narrative
On my credit report for equifax XXXX XXXX, & XXXX its stating that I owe {$500.00} to a credit union in Wisconsin. I never opened any accounts. How can I be late if I never agreed to pay any payments. Also how can I be late if the debt isnt mine? I sent in dispute letter in XX/XX/XXXX. 2022 to delete also incorrect addresses and number on file. Havent heard anything back. I called by phone XX/XX/XXXX to remove items off my credit profile due to violating 15 U.S.C 1681 ( a ) 3-4 and 15 U.S.C 1681b ( a ). They still didnt remove items for me.
