Congress made it clear in USC 1681a ( 3 ) and ( 4 ) that I have to consent to having a consumer report furnished by Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX on my behalf or to create such reports which I have not done so by any means. I'm making higher payments as well as being charged higher interest rates because of this fact which means they are not exercising their grave responsibilities to me as a consumer. They are unfair and partial and they are not respecting my right to privacy. They never had permissable purpose to furnish a consumer report on my behalf.
