After pulling my credit report I noticed that Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX have been acting in a trustee capacity without my consent. They have been furnishing my personal information with regards to my child on their credit reports which is a violation of my right to privacy. The file is named XXXX XXXX XXXX, the furnishing of this information is unfair to me because it was never verified by me or requested to be placed on my consumer report. They have failed to exercise any investigation and have instead contributed information to tarnish my reputation. I would like to know what reasonable procedures where used to ensure fairness and authenticity in this reporting.
