I have disputed the following accounts # XXXX AND # XXXX being reported as a collection account from XXXX XXXX XXXX and account # XXXX reported as a collection account by XXXX XXXX XXXX. These accounts are reported by XXXX, XXXX and Experian. I have requested the accounts be verified since there are inaccuracies in regard to status of the accounts as well as the amounts supposedly owed. If there is even XXXX inaccuracy, which one is actually reporting correctly? I sent Method of Verification request letters to all XXXX bureaus certified mail which have all been received but only XXXX and XXXX have responded. XXXX sent a letter with confirmation # XXXX dated XX/XX/2022 stating that the XXXX collection accounts for XXXX XXXX XXXX are not reported as a collection by the agency when in fact it is and they also sent a letter with confirmation # XXXX dated XX/XX/2022 simply stating the account is verified. XXXX simply continues to state the accounts are verified. Experian has yet to respond at all. I keep getting the run around and receiving the same repeat letters in the mail simply stating the accounts are verified. If these accounts are verified as claimed, why have they not sent method of verification as requested and who in fact verified these accounts? I am very frustrated with this continuous fight with the collection agencies as well as the bureaus and I would like to have these accounts removed immediately since these companies have failed to properly verify the accounts mentioned above as well as provide proof of method of verification within the time frame required by law.
