Equifax has violated me as a consumer under the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681a ( 3 ) by ASSUMING A VITAL ROLE by reporting and evaluating my consumer credit and information without my consent. while doing this Equifax has violated my rights under 15 USC 1681a ( 4 ) by failing to exercise their GRAVE RESPONSIBILITY with fairness, impartiality and a respect for my right to privacy. Equifax has been unfair in the information they are reporting on my consumer file # XXXX due to the fact that the information was reported without being VERIFIED as accurate by I, the consumer. Equifax has also failed to be impartial due to the fact that employees, supervisors and agents claim to only CORRECT OR UPDATE inaccurate and unverifiable information ONLY if the " BANKING INSTITUTION '' informs them to. This is partial behavior which harms me the consumer because my side of the story is being ignored and disregarded as if I am not the actual party who suffers from what is being reported, shared, sold and distributed about me. I have informed Equifax on multiple occasions in the last twelve ( 12 ) months about the fact that the information was inaccurate, unverifiable and a violation of my right to privacy only to receive frivolous and automated responses from their e-oscar system claiming that the information was VERIFIED which was in fact not. After several attempts to resolve these matters I began to ask what was the METHOD OF VERIFICATION in which I have never received a response with the information providing me the opportunity to contact the party who they claim to be verifying the information. Equifax is now Violating my right to a Reasonable Procedure 15 USC 1681b. They have not been equitable to me, they have failed to provide Accuracy, breached my confidentiality and have misused my personal information for their ill gotten gains and profits. Today XX/XX/2022 I was on the phone on XXXX separate occasions for over six ( 6 ) hours in total attempting to resolve this matter amicably only to get disrespected, disregarded and discriminated against by employees at Equifax. I was being transferred around carelessly and each phone call ended with the employee hanging the phone up on me because I was simply exercising my rights. Equifax has been behaving in a lawless conduct that has injured me and caused me pain, mental anguish and suffering. I am heartbroken at the fact that this company has been so careless and reckless to the point where I have lost faith in the banking system and am considering filing for litigation and seeking monetary relief. Below are the past XXXX ( XXXX ) letters sent to Equifax via XXXX mail with green return slip and Notarized by a NOTARY please review the attached documents as this is EVIDENCE OF MY CLAIM. XXXX.
