You all are reporting an account on my credit report that belongs to a minor whom I am not the legal guardian of, and I did not sign paperwork on the date of service as the legal guardian. I am requesting you all to delete the collection account from XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) as I am not responsible for this collection account, and it does not belong to me. Once the inaccurate account is deleted, please send me a copy of my credit report reflecting the changes. I called the company and spoke with a very rude lady who told me since I am responsible for the minor the account is going to stay on my report. I advised her 5 different times that I was not the legal guardian and that I wanted to see a contract that was signed by me to understand why I was being held responsible and she rudely disconnected the call
