XX/XX/22 I broke my XXXX and tried to log into Chime and add a new phone number I had access to. XX/XX/22 My account was " suspended '' or " locked '' by Chime due to Suspicious activity. XX/XX/22 I replied to their email asking for documents to verify my identity. I responded promptly and attached all required documents XX/XX/22 I call Chime customer service. They tell me to wait for an email response. I send another email to them. Every day since XX/XX/22 I have contacted them via phone and email, to no avail. Have not heard back from a single person with an update or anything even related to my case. I have my case #, ticket #, it doesn't matter.
