I filed for XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy in XX/XX/2022. I was a co-signer for a loan with Tower Loan, for my wife. However, my wife did not file for XXXX. XXXX bankruptcy as well. In my filing, since I am not the primary on the loan with the company, my attorney had me removed from the debt to Tower Loan, no longer making me responsible. I have been paying on my Bankruptcy since XX/XX/2022, and Tower Loan is reporting to Credit Bureaus that I am XXXX late on the account. If Tower loan did not submit a claim to the Bankruptcy Trustee that is overseeing my bankruptcy, then I should not be held liable for any late charges or payments on my credit report. They are the only company I am having issues with on my credit report.
