Experian has wrongfully refused to remove incorrect information on my credit report that was provided through fraud by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I proved to the XXXX XXXX XXXX Court at Law XXXX, that my XXXX Card account was hijacked by fraud in XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX sued me in XX/XX/XXXX for an account I paid in full in XX/XX/XXXX. It was hijacked afterwards. Please direct Experian to remove this fraudulent entry on my credit report. I will attach the documentation. Experian even in an asinine manner told me to contact XXXX, when my attorney has been in contact with them frequently already and they are still reporting incorrect information!
