Consumer Narrative
Once again, I never received any of the requested documents I requested previously, yet Equifax continue to report these violation accounts on my credit report. I recently requested the validity of Collection Bureau accounts thats being reported on my most recent credit report. Upon challenging these, XXXX and XXXX immediately deleted these time-barred accounts based on the lack of ability to properly verify all reported information being accurate. I did not provide a signed contract nor signed HIPPA release giving Collection Bureau permission to discuss my medical with anyone. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act Collection Bureau has also violated my rights 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. It is my understanding that Collection Bureau reports the same information to all credit bureaus as expected under FCRA, if this is true for about the 6th time I am requesting the information below and ALL the information that was provided to Equifax These are the accounts reporting on my report XXXX XXXX - {$37.00} - XXXX XXXX XXXX - {$39.00} XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX - {$50.00} - XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX - {$71.00} - XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX - {$130.00} - XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX - {$170.00} - XXXX 1.
