I am sending this dispute to exercise my rights under FCRA. This company is in violation of the following. Pursuant ( 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. ) States I have the right to privacy but this company is reporting items that I have not authorized them to report which is also a form of identity theft. Pursuant ( 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions ) I have attached the corresponding dispute letters that apply to this dispute. I have tried to deal with this company directly but they are unlawfully disregarding and undermining my rights with stall letters. If this company is not able to produce my wet signature as proof of contract then these claims are dishonorable and must be removed from my consumer report. I request the CFPB to implement and enforce my Federal consumer financial rights under law for the purpose of ensuring that I the consumer, have access to markets for consumer financial products and services and that the markets for consumer financial products and services are fair, transparent, and competitive. As stated within the MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING.
