I received a letter from Sallings Financial Group dated XX/XX/XXXX. I sent them a letter back on XX/XX/XXXX informing them this is not a valid debt. The letter was sent certified with return receipt. I then checked my credit from all XXXX agencies. They showed this invalid debt on my credit report. I showed proof that the Sallings Financial never followed up in the 30 day window to show proof of debt. All 3 credit reporting agencies removed the invalid debt. I again sent Stalling Financial Group a letter explaining this and informed them of their illegal activities. I then received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX. They are trying to refresh the date of them sending me the debt request. I have sent them a final letter to cease and desist. They are not following the law. I do not own this debt. I live in Florida and the debt is on a house in Georgia, that I do not own.
