They have claimed they did a proper investigation regarding these accounts below by going to the original furnishers of the information. If that is so why is the information still inaccurate? These investigations are getting ridiculous because every single time their is a alleged investigation done the new information you update is still inaccurate. If you did a proper investigation why is the information still inaccurate and why do you have to keep updating these accounts? If you can't verify the accounts properly I want them removed and they have to be removed by law. This is causing severe XXXX XXXX on my end considering my credit keeps going up and down due to these errors. Im trying to make purchases and I can't. Im trying to move on with my life but I can't. Again remove these accounts if you can't verify them properly by furnishing the correct information. They are clearly not conducting a proper investigation. I have also attached documents below comparing the accounts to the other credit bureaus so again they did the proper investigation but why are you reporting different information that is inaccurate? REMOVE THE ACCOUNTS. The accounts are below : : STUDENT LOAN ACCOUNTS : US DEPT OF ED # XXXX US DEPT OF ED # XXXX US DEPT OF ED # XXXX US DEPT OF ED # XXXX XXXX/DEPT OF ED # XXXX XXXX/DEPT OF ED # XXXX XXXX/DEPT OF ED # XXXX XXXX/DEPT OF ED # XXXX COLLECTION # XXXX These accounts have also been duplicated. The XXXX STUDENT LOANS are duplicates of the US DEPT OF ED LOANS which is a violation. If you compare the accounts with XXXX to the US DEPT OF ED accounts you can clearly tell by the information there the same accounts. You can not have 2 duplicate accounts reporting that are the same on a credit report which is also grounds for removal. More rights they violated below : 15 USC 1681 Section 603 ( 3 ) ( E ) States ; The term investigative consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. However, such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumers credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer. They did not investigate properly and they openly admitted it. They have violated my rights again. Below are also my rights that have been violated. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A : States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 A Section 2 : States a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. 15 U.S.C 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. They didn't verify the information while doing a proper investigation according to the fair credit reporting act. Which again they have openly admitted by still furnishing inaccurate information. I want these accounts removed. They can not verify these accounts while following the fair credit reporting act. The information even when VERIFIED IS STILL INACCURATE but they claim they did a proper investigation. Documentation is attached to complaint.
