I have conducted several Experian disputes and my account is not reporting correctly. I have submitted my statements from XXXX XXXX and XXXX has even tried to correct the reporting. My current dispute is Report Number XXXX. All that has happened is a 60 day late has been reported more recently. My account is closed and current and I have submitted proof. I have even submitted correspondence from XXXX XXXX agents. I uploaded information again this morning to correct the error that is listed and I received an email stating the results are available within 2 hours of disputing. The email instructed me to call an agent ( Experian Dispute Specialist ) at XXXX between the hours of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for assistance because the results were not yet available online. The first customer service agent went to investigate my claim and returned stating that he had a bad signal and could not hear me, so he would terminate the call. The second that I spoke with went to investigate and came back stating when they receive information they would dispute, so I tried to explain that I uploaded it to which he responded very rudely speaking over me and hung up in my face. This has been a very stressful ordeal and I have not been treated fairly as a consumer who is only trying to have accurate credit reporting. Experian is reporting a 60 day late payment for XX/XX/2022, which is incorrect. They have previously reported XX/XX/2022 as 60 days late and that is incorrect, also. It was paid on time and paypal credit can verify this.
