I was out of country from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX and when i come back to state i've noticed that my credit score was huge dropped and i look into my account and i had a late payment history which doesn't make sense to me so I looked up my credit report and I noticed that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX reported late payment of {$8.00} dollars on my report which I didn't use this card over the 1 year period and I did set up Auto Payment to avoid any missing payments all of my credit card company includeXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX I called and explained that It's not possible to late payment occurredin my account and they said it was some kind of unusual membership charge and that charge can not be processed using auto payment system which is nonsense and I told them I was out of country more than 6 months and I never use credit card during the period and I requested them to reinstate my account status as a current so that my credit scores back but they declinedmy request. This is an absolutely unfair act and I do not deserve XXXX points dropped because of the unusual membership charge or whatever they call it. Please help me on this matter.
