Consumer Narrative
My HELOC from a number of years ago was transferred from XXXX to Ocwen as soon as the loan closed. In 2013 my Bankruptcy cleared the lein but the lein/Deed of XXXX was not reconveyed. The lien still reflects against the property. Ocwen says they dont have/never had that loan. they say they have nothing to do with the property. They wont provide a payoff ( even if I offered to pay it if needed ) and wont provide a reconveyance. I have provided documentation proving they did have the HELOC and they refuse to help. I am trying to complete a refinance and am getting no assistance from Ocwen
