I have contacted PennyMac at XXXX am PT on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with XXXX ( she refused to provide her last name or employee # ) inquiring about the full information of escrow account from XXXX. During the conversation, I realized that there was a discrepancy in the escrow payment information, I requested her to provide the most updated escrow information and mail to me. She said that I have no right to ask that service. She suggested me to go on their website and retrieve it from it. I had already checked before calling PennyMac - Their website doesn't provide the full history of escrow account information.
