Wells Fargo is constantly trying to show they are working in good faith as it relates to our case. XXXX XXXX continues to show up. RIDICULOUS! I am uploading the last communication received which was XX/XX/XXXX. My spouse returned the call from a W/F Representative named XXXX on today XX/XX/XXXX. Her VM is full. In the attached documents you will find a schedule of payments W/F said we made. We NEVER had an initial Loan with XXXX. This was a part of a XXXX XXXX coordinated by XXXX XXXX closing attorney who staged a fraudulent closing. It appears 2 loans were taken out in our name using our info and signature pasted. It was confirmed we did not receive a initial loan in XXXX, Again, how did Wells Fargo pop up. We financed furniture through them ONLY. We know our information was used to complete applications for a Home Mortgage. I have uploaded the information. In addition, we received a scheduled of payments we SUPPOSELY MADE TO W/F. We never the payments in the referenced attachment. This information was created by the submitted Fraudulent 1098 's we submitted to my Attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX who has sold us out OR MY WIFE 'S PREVIOUS XXXX TRUSTEE XXXX XXXX WHO STOLED ALL OF OUR ASSETS..HE DID NOT INVESTIGATE THE FRAUD, It appeared he sent the 1098 's to W/F and they created the Fraud Ledger. WE NEVER HAD A MORTGAGE WITH WELLS FARGO. WE NEVER HAD A MORTGAGE WITH ANY BANK. OUR MONEY., ID AND MORE WERE STOLEN! We know there are four additional persons of interest, We will not list the names for now.
