XXXX XXXX sold my card to Barclays and upon the transfer I was locked out of my card and account ( since XX/XX/2022 ). Despite working with Barclays and being assured I would not have late fees or interest accruing during the time I was unable to access the account, Barclays has continued to charge excessive interest and late fee charges, in addition to falsely reporting delinquency on my credit reports.
