Consumer Narrative
I have spoken with XXXX XXXX about the debt they purchased and have asked them to stop calling me multiple times as I am not interested in working with them. They have called me on two different phone numbers and also continue to send me mail. They are very aggressive on the phone when I explain that I am not working with them, I have worked with the creditor directly for resolution and have asked multiple times for them to stop contacting me. I receive multiple calls per week from restricted and unrestricted numbers, as well as mail disguised as other types of mail.
