after sending disupute letters to each bureau, certified mail XX/XX/2022. I waited for a response of the investigation and i have still yet to receive anything from either bureau. i take my credit very seriously and the number of violations and inaccurasies on my report is costing so much more money and im preparing for legal action to seek damages from failure to comply with FCRA laws due to blatant disregard for following the laws in place. under 15 usc 1681 e b- accuracy of a report, it is the CRA to report 100 % maximum possible accurate information on a consumer, so these accounts are in violation of that law and need to be deleted from my credit report immediately : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as, XXXX XXXX, mo child support, these accounts are either or all closed, the dates reported dont match along with the remarks made from each bureau causing me to have all different credit scores. They are held responsible for reporting accurate info and they failed to do so causing inaccurate reports which is law violation and a reason why I can seek damages for this inconnviennce. under 15 1602 p- unauthorized use of my information, i have never given any written consent for any of this plus these inquiries to be reported to my credit report, ive called and asked the creditors to send me the document showing my hand written signature they couldnt do it, so this is fraud and no consent is fraud so i also demand these items to be removed immediately : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX bank all of this is what I stated in my dispute letters, I dont beleive in threatening a law suit but this is just a XXXX poor job of them not properly doing an investigation and upholding the fcra/fdcpa laws and im ready pursue legally at the maximum extent.
