2 new unauthorized mortgages were taken out from Wachovia bank ( now Wells Fargo ) on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX using my credentials, credit score, collateral and income but were not signed ( enclosed ). On XX/XX/XXXX Wells Fargo offered to mediate the matter and after submitting requested information Wells Fargo declined to medicate on XX/XX/XXXX. This case is specifically covered in consent order XXXX. Definitions : Affected Customers : means any consumer subjected to any of the improper sales practices. Improper Sales Practies - means any of the following in the XXXX Bank XXXX Bank XXXX XXXX : ( 1 ) opening any account without the consumer 's consent Relevant Period - includes the period from XX/XX/XXXX to the effective date ( XX/XX/XXXX ). Wells Fargo has failed to resolve the 2 unauthorized loan accounts and have incurred {$400000.00} in damages from the funds disbursed and negative impact to credit reporting. Wells Fargo reached out to me to initiate mediation then withdraw without cause, violating the consent order and still leaving unresolved the 2 fraudulent mortgages, fails to address the federal loan program abuse and unjust enrichment.
