Upon reviewing my personal credit report from MyFico.Com, I discovered that there were many credit inquires reflecting on my report that I not only was not aware of but most importantly did not authorize. Out of the XXXX inquires listed, I only authorized and was aware of ONLY 1 which is linked to my XXXXXXXX XXXX appliance account. I contacted the requestors and all have stated that they do not show record of inquiry nor any linked accounts to my personal identity. I demand that the inquires listed below be removed immediately are they were not authorized and are NOT linked or associated to any accounts owned by me. There are also name listed on my credit report that are inaccurate. These names are listed below as well and need to be removed immediately.
