I have been sending multiple dispute letters addressed to the Credit Bureaus requesting that they remove the disputed items completely from my Credit file since these items resulted due to identity theft. the last letter I sent to the Credit Bureaus was XX/XX/2022 with complete attachments of my Personal Information as well as the ID THEFT REPORT I received from the FTC. I have read enough to understand my rights and it is clear that by continuing the reporting of the disputed Items on my Credit report, the Credit Bureaus have violated this rights.
