In XX/XX/XXXX I entered in a consolidation agreement with a XXXX XXXX XXXX to consolidate my student loans with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I contacted XXXX and was informed that my student loans would be in forberance while the loan was getting consolidated and paid by XXXX which would take around 2 months. The loans were consolidated and XXXX was paid in XX/XX/XXXX. However, XXXX has since then continuously reported 60 days late on my credit profile even though I should have had a temporary forberance period. I have written to XXXX to request a good faith removal as this was not reported accurately. XXXX refuse to XXXX my request. XXXX has reported 60 days late in XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX and XXXX credit reporting agency and has reported to Equifax 60 days late for XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX even though they were paid and the accounts closed in XX/XX/XXXX. Their report on my credit profile are inconsistent and incorrect as some loans state late XX/XX/XXXX and others state late XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. They have reported the loans were paid XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX XXXX agency and XX/XX/XXXX to another agencies. These dates are not consistent. The reporting is inaccurate. XXXX was paid off in XX/XX/XXXX, so how can they report 60 day late for both XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Please I urge someone to look into this company 's and credit reporting agency unfair credit reporting practices.
