This is not a duplicate nor is this complaint filed by a third party. I am filing this complaint myself. Please see this complaint is processed to the letter of the law. I am tired of sending dispute letters to the Credit Bureaus requesting that they correct these erroenous accounts being reported on my File because they have been doing nothing! This complaint is to follow up my previous cmplaints and letters I submitted on XX/XX/XXXX and to inform them that I am halfway of taking legal action and sue Equifax for their willful non-compliance of the FCRA statute. Only if Equifax chose to update and correct the following accounts on my Credit report, then I may stop filing lawsuits against Credit reporting agencies.
