At the end of XX/XX/XXXX I got a loan from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to buy out my lease of a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The loan agent at XXXX XXXX wrote the loan for the wrong amount- it was short about {$300.00}. XXXX claimed that they sent the loan check back to XXXX XXXX multiple times but XXXX XXXX never received it. So in XXXX of XXXX, I made an additional payment for {$300.00} and XXXX XXXX asked XXXX to cancel the check and reapply the funds to the account. They agreed and said that it would be taken care of and the title would be sent to XXXX XXXX. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX, the title still has not been sent to XXXX XXXX despite the fact that they have had all of the money and information for six months. I have been calling bi-weekly since XX/XX/XXXX and have talked to hundreds of people there, but still have not had any resolutions. They continue to tell me that the special agent is the highest person I can speak with and they can only email the next person, as payment and processing " does not take phone calls ''.
