See my previous complaint with you. It was never resolved. Equifax needs to fix my name and restore all my credit history that they apparently wiped out! New name : XXXX XXXX XXXX Old Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX SAME SS #. Same address. Same everything else! I have filed dispute after dispute and uploaded documents. They are still unable or unwilling to fix my credit files with them. In order to get the new driver 's license that approves me to fly, I had to get a new SS card to match my first and middle name to the first and middle name that's on my birth certificate. After getting the new SS card that changes my first name and middle name in XXXX of 2021, I was able to get the new driver 's license as well. So now my name needs changed on the records of all three major credit bureaus. I've uploaded copies of my new SS card and license several times to Equifax, asking them to please update my name on my credit file. They still have my name as my old name. I've been denied credit because I applied in the name that's on my new license & SS card and Equifax still has my name as it was before I got the new ss card and driver 's license. I have had credit with all XXXX bureaus for many years but Equifax is telling the bank I have no credit with them because they are looking for the wrong name. I've filed disputes with Equifax online starting in XXXX of 2021, and again in XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, each time uploading my new documents. They still will not update my name. They resolve the dispute but do not tell me how and I can't read the resolution on their website. But my name on my credit report does not change with Equifax! It's very frustrating. I've even posted the problem on Equifax 's social media sites. They admit there's a problem but offer no remedy to fix it. I filed this same complaint with you months ago. It was NOT resolved. XXXX and XXXX both fixed ( changed ) my name immediately and maintained all my credit and employment history.
