In XXXX, XXXX, Experian erroneously charged my credit twice for {$14.00} - I called them and told them I never sought this monthly credit reporting fee. They agreed and credited my credit card for both of the charges- they were also not to charge my credit card again for this monthly fee of {$14.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, I was checking my credit card ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and noticed that in XXXX, XXXX Experian again began to charge my credit card for the monthly fee of {$14.00} which again I never authorized. I canceled the card on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. I then called Experian and explained to their rep what was happening on my credit card and the number of unauthorized charges on my credit card for {$14.00} each from XXXX, XXXX to XXXX, XXXX - that is XXXX mths of charges for {$14.00} each - this is a total of {$140.00} on my credit card. The rep apologized but said she can not issue me a credit for the charges, that they had a limit as to the number of credits they could issue. So from Experians point of view, I am stuck with the charges. Why they began to recharge me the {$14.00} in XXXX, after they agreed to issue a credit for the two charges in XXXX, XXXX is beyond me. Obviously, they issued me a credit in XXXX, XXXX but did not make changes in their system to stop billing me for the monthly {$14.00} charge. Unfortunately, I have heard that others have experienced this same problem from Experian so that this is a problem endemic to Experian. I seek redress of my grievance.
