I received multiple alerts from my credit monitoring company advising me that my credit report was being accessed on XX/XX/2022 by XXXX - XXXX XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I reached out to these companies to inform them that I hadn't applied for an account with them and to make sure an account wasn't opened. All advised me that no account was established in my name. I then reached out to notify the credit bureau Equifax of the fraudulent inquiries that appeared on my credit report as a result of this attempted fraud. I have made multiple attempts to fix this issue with Equifax to no avail. I have explained the situation to multiple agents, I've sent letters ( per their request ), and I have filed a fraud complaint with the Federal Trade Commision and submitted this documentation to Equifax. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act this violates my rights. It is unlawful to knowingly report inaccurate or fraudulent information on a credit report.
