TransUnion is in violation of Pursuant 15 USC 1681i ( h ) ( c ) ( 1 ) ( b ) ( 4 ). Can not obtain my consumer report or credit file with ease, please see attachment. I have provided my government issued ID and mail per there request. Additionally, TransUnion has denied my access to my consumer report information via telephone as well. TransUnion has advised me the Consumer, Natural Person that I can only inquire about my Consumer report via US mail. This is unbelievable that this non-government corporation has control to deny me access to my consumer report that I never gave them permission to create. TransUnion has failed to respond to my certified mail and it has exceeded 30 days, as it relates to my consumer report. I have requested my consumer report and credit file but it has been ignored. Please see my exhibits for my file number.
