All Dept EDXXXX accounts are reporting late payments : They each have 1 payment that were not caused by me. MY PAYMENT HISTORY IS ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS. Also it violates 15 U.S. Code LAW 1681i ( 5 ) Removal of Inaccurate and Invalidated Credit Information. As I understand, Im supposed to receive notice within 21 days before a late payment happens but I was not informed otherwise I would have handled the issue. AND you guys are violating 15 U.S. CODE LAW 1681e ( b ) - Compliance procedures maximum possible accuracy. All of these accounts including the student loans are not reporting the full account numbers which makes the account inaccurate. These are the accounts that are each reporting 1 late payment. 1.
