I opened this checking and savings account with Discover specifically because they offer cashback on all purchases, but they have been cheating me continually on this!!! Now they claim you only get 1 % cash back and ONLY up to {$3000.00} which they NEVER told me when I opened the accounts, after I just deposited and spent $ XXXX in XX/XX/2022 alone and they only deposited a pathetic {$30.00} for this into my savings account for cashback redemption!!!! I am sure they have been cheating me all along as I have not been watching it closely and never seem to get more than {$30.00} no matter what I spend or pay!!! I think they are doing this to all of their customers and committing fraud!! The rep claimed today when I called that it is correct, but it is not, even if I receive a pathetic 1 % up to {$3000.00} the minimum it could be is {$300.00}!!! I want my money!!! I have attached a copy of all transactions on my account for the month of XXXX and also a copy of the bank statement from my savings showing the pathetic deposit for cashback redemption today!!! I can also provide all past statements if needed to also go after them for past amounts owed from these cashback redemptions too, in fact I may look into filing a lawsuit over this!!! I am sick and tired of being cheated by these crooked banks!!!!
