Around XXXX of 2021 I closed my XXXX XXXX account, I took the equipment I had of their to the XXXX store ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX TX XXXX XXXX and closed the account. The person at the counter said the account was closed and all equipment is turned in and I owe nothing. About week or so later I received a bill stating I still had equipment, I returned to the same XXXX store and the person at the counter stated, all equipment had been turned in and that my account was closed and paid in full when closed. Then XXXX sent me a bill for the month of service when they said I had equipment that I didn't have and the XXXX store confirmed. I spoke to a lady over the phone from XXXX and told her this and she got angry and rude, I told her I didn't owe anything, that all equipment was turned in and the had been closed. She said she'd elevate this and hung up on me. A year plus had pasted and the Amsher Collection Services sent me a bill for the closed account XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX plus their fee. I contacted Amsher Collection Services and told them that I didn't owe anything and they stated they'd check with XXXX XXXX and XXXX immediately they sent me a bill stating they checked and XXXX said I owed them. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX owed {$49.00} and Amsher Collections states I now owe them {$59.00}. I don't owe either. I have tried to resolve this and no one from XXXX XXXX will assist me ( although XXXX did try to get me to become a customer again ). I have filed a complaint with the Texas States Attorney Generals Office against XXXX XXXX XXXX Again, I don't owe either company and never have, This started over a year ago, a False {$49.00} bill.
