I am being harassed by a debt collector that has not sent anything verifying that I currently owe a debt. I owe no one money as I have made sure that all of my debts are paid off. If this company inserts a debt on my credit report then it is in violation of the FDCPA & will be sued in small claims court. I have no problems going through the process because I have nothing but time & will not be bullied by debt collectors whom I owe no money to. Im sending this letter because I know without a shadow of a doubt that this information can not be produced
