When XXXX Started the company that I worked for had shut down for a few months and my girlfriend and I also both ended up with XXXX. After being off work for a couple months I called the mortgage company ( XXXX Mortgage at the time ) and asked if there was anything I could do because I was going to fall behind. They informed me of a government sponsored assistance program and I could skip XXXX months payments and they would be added to the back end of my loan with no effect to my credit. They then began reporting my payments late immediately and then, sold my loan to BSI XXXX XXXX XXXX found the error, reached out to me and corrected the issue. They never did however pass the forbearance info onto the new lender. BSI then offered another forbearance program, made a signed agreement with me and then, proceeded to report every mortgage payment since then late. I have made many calls, sent letters, begged for calls back .... nothing. no response at all other than to leave me messages multiple times that everything was reported accurate and on time. Clearly with XXXX investigation. When I speak to the account reps on the phone. They tell me they can see I have made every payment as agreed and on time. However, my credit reports have been reporting me as 180 days late and in foreclosure for months. I signed a new agreement with them XXXX months ago and they still haven't updated their system which continues to send me foreclosure letters and robo dialer calls. My payment amount has changed and each month I make a payment I have to explain to the representative how to find my correct amount. I have made every payment on time, I am not in foreclosure, I have not been late and the reps tell me the screen shows on time the entire time I have been with them. This is humiliating, It has destroyed my credit, I cant even get a loan for a car, I have no car. They could care less about my concern, wont correct it, wont call me back, wont look into it. They need to correct this now! I am owed an apology and compensation for what they put me through for over a year and absolutely destroying my credit, personal, life, and ability to work and get to work. They need to correct my credit file, apologize, and waive the balance of my mortgage for what they have done to me. ALL MY PAYMENTS WERE PAID AS AGREED!!! This is fraud!! Please help me clear this up so I can get back to what my life wad before BSI ruined it. XXXX Still wont communicate with the new lender and inform them of the previous agreement recently was told BSI is about to sell my loan again so, The next company probably wont know what going on either My information in the computer system needs to be updated ... .ITS BEEN XXXX MONTHS. ITS BEEN A YEAR THEYVE BOTH BEEN DESTROYING MY LIFE AND CREDIT. THIS IS FRAUD!
