I've had my Capital One accounts for a good amount of time. Considering that there are no Capital One Bank in my general area, I would make mobile checks deposits when able and use XXXX for most other deposits. I would give funds to my family member who would then XXXX those funds into my account for me. It was the most convenient option. In addition I kept getting repeated charges from two different places so I called in to order a new card. The representative looked into my account and stated it suspicious to have so many XXXX transfer and for using more than one device to log into my account. I use my personal phone, laptop, and work phone to check my balance. Apparently that's not allowed but not stated in terms and conditions. I was also told I could never do business with them ever again.
