Whoever at Experian is reading this, please read carefully. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX does not read nor address. I am hoping Experian will start reading. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) & Experian should stop playing childish games and focus for a time to get the following addressed. XXXX attached response is incorrect as follows : XXXX ) The attached letter reflects XXXX did not have permissible permission to access my credit report in XXXX XXXX and offered to remove inquiry from XXXX years ago. XXXX ) This is STUPID because XXXX is aware that an inquiry is not on a credit report XXXX years later but I am sure there is some low paid or illiterate employee that laughed by sending the attached letter. XXXX ) XXXX references in attached letter that inquiry was XX/XX/2017 when attached permissible permission is dated XX/XX/2017. XXXX ) XXXX and Experian did not have permission to release my information on XX/XX/2017 but received a forged app the next day. This is absolute proof that my credit report was pulled prior to any permission. I have always contested that the XXXX loan was fraudulent. But when I say fraudulent, XXXX then requires more of my personal information when they hadnt any right to have my information in the first place!!! And I refused and chose to protect my information from XXXX companies that are totally unorganized. I have sent sheriffs reports, information of the thief who is in the attached application, etc etc etc but Experian and XXXX are to unorganized, illiterate, or playing too many games to conduct professional business.
