On XX/XX/22, I informed the company Experian of reporting inaccurate information on my consumer report. Ive disputed the validity of XXXX XXXX XXXX, requesting proof of my signature to confirm that this assumed debt is mine. Ive requested this information numerous times and have never received any pertinent information. The account is reporting as paid for a collection/ charge off but does not include in the comments that the account is disputed. The payment history on the account is also reporting inaccurate information. On another account reporting by Experian is XXXX XXXX, there is inaccurate/ unverifiable information reporting including the account status ; the date open ; the last reported date ; the comments ; date last active ; date of last payment ; and payment history. I've requested the method used to report these accounts to my Experian report, as the consumer what authorization was given for these accounts to be reported, I want the entire file on these accounts to include my signature on the original contract.
