i had a XX/XX/XXXXvanilla prepaid card that i have had a direct deposit of {$320.00} a XXXX sense XX/XX/2022 every XX/XX/XXXXi would go to aXX/XX/XXXX an withdraw {$300.00}. becauseXX/XX/XXXXvanilla would charge me XXXX cents per transactions everything was fine as far as i know in XX/XX/2022 XX/XX/XXXXvanilla overdrew my acount {$800.00} when all oi had in my acount was {$1.00} they said is was because of XX/XX/2022 they did not put a hold the withdraw butt it makes no sense because in XX/XX/2022 when my depost went in i went an withdraw my {$300.00}. that left {$25.00} in the account i did the same thing XXXX an XXXX same than then by acciendent i pulled my account up an seen someone had overdrawn a prepaid card for the total ammount of {$800.00}. when i called an asked about it they said that XXXX XXXX did not get there money for the XXXX of XXXX for the ammount of {$300.00}. an another {$200.00}. in the same XXXX they also said that XXXX XXXX did not get there money for the XXXX of XX/XX/2022 so i qustioned XXXX XXXX an they said that the XXXXvanilla did not put a hold on there money this was not my falut XXXXvanilla should have had a hold on there money but someone did not do there job they even went aganist the card agreemeet severle times they went over the 60 day priod ihave been hung up on 3 out of 5 times the bank # is no good says its disconneted they did not put ahold on the amounts that they say is overdrawn one of thre repes said i went into the bank on XX/XX/2022 an withdrew the ammounts over drawn i was not in the bank on that i day nor did or could i over draw on a prepaid card i feel someone should have contacted me about this matter but instead they waited 120 day to pay back a debdt that should have been on hold i do not feel responsiblle for this evrytime i call custermer service i get hung up on i have 4 differnt bank statments one when i seen the overdraft one after i called them an the 2 they sent me an they all 3 are differnt i feel they should stand good for the over draw because they are the ones that let this happen they broke the card agreement when they didnt hold the money in XXXX an XXXX no one noffied me me of anything being wrong when i qustioned XXXXvanilla about this matter she said would be notified in 30 to 60 days really this crazy an i do not feel responable please help me with this matter XXXXvanilla said you can not overdraw a prepaid account but yet they overdrafted me 120 days later please help
