In Accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act Experian Reference # 's XXXX and XXXX has violated my rights. 15 U.SC. 1681 section 602 A, States : I have the right to privacy. 15 U.SC. 1681 section 604 A Section2 : Its also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account with out my written instructions. I have disputed this information several times and I keep getting the same result Under the FCRA, section 609, I am requesting all information related to debts listed on my credit report. It states that I am entitled to all documents related to each item, including each original credit application and contract containing your signature. Experian refuses to provide that information.In addition to requesting information about items on my credit report, I am requesting that if they can not verify the information by locating the original contract or other documents necessary to validate the bankruptcies on my credit report, they must remove them immediately. Section 611 of the FCRA. It requests that the credit bureau provide the method of verification they used to verify a disputed item. I asked experian how do the verify the information and they stated with the courts.I called the courts and they stated they do not provide that information to any of the credit bureaus. The credit bureaus get that information from public records like lexis nexus. I will not accept another reinvestigation of the information Only deletion of the information
