The account with Leaders Financial is closed in 2018 and the company is garnishing my checks for the amount owe, yet they are still reporting the account as late on my credit report even though they are receiving my payments from my job every month. This late reporting is keeping my score low. The name of the original creditor company is Leaders financial and the people that bought the debt are saying they have nothing to do with what is reported. Leaders keep telling me that they don't have anything to do with this account anymore, so why are they still reporting as late or even reporting at all. I have been going though this for 5 1/2 years. I can't get a loan, a car in my name and more. Please help me to remove this leaders account off of my account as I have tried over and over again. I am trying to improve my credit score as I can't even rent an apartment in my name. Please help me to remove this account.
