so amex gave me an offer to upgrade to there better hitlon amex card to get more miles and upgrade my Hilton status I called customer service to see if they could possibly waive my annual for the 1st year to try it out and do the upgrade and they refused it I already paid XXXX on the current card I have and was willing to forgo if they upgrade to the new card and the waiver annual fee at least for the 1st year. I have wrote several emails to the corporate offices to see if this is a possibility and I have nothing back for 2 weeks I can't get a hold of anyone so thought I would escalate this here I have enclosed a copy of the offer. I figure going this way is the best way to get someone to respond since the coperperate refuses to answer my emails
