credit bureau has been regularly and irregularly disseminating my proprietary and private information, as i am the holder in due course, and i demand that this cease, i have been the victim of identity tampering as the various name derivations and addresses can show. i do not want my social security number used without my consent nor any information i deem private. I will replace social security number with a number that can be substantiated via the Internal Revenue Service to consolidate my account ( s ). I demand compensation and the right of authorizing who gets to view my account data. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), credit bureaus are required by Federal Law to verify - through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contravt - any and all accounts the Credit Bureau post on a credit report. Otherwise Anyone paying for thier credit reporting services could fax, mail, or email in a fraudulent account. I wish to stop any un authorized business from perusing my account at a whim, asd is now the case.
